Dragon and Hammer

Last night I ventured into the land that culture forgot to visit our colleagues at Wrexhammer.

I had the dubious honour(?) of handing over Ash to the ringer-infested scoundrels, who, completely against the script (and common decency), were victorious in the recent 40k tournament to determine his fate for the next year.

I can't believe I'm doing this.
I can't believe I'm doing this.

I am, however, pleased to confirm that we have agreed that the tournament to win Ash (and associated gloating rights) for the year shall return to it's previous format of alternating venues, and we shall host the valiant, heroic regaining of Ash in 2026. Over to you 40k'ers. No pressure ...

I did of course not go unarmed into the wasteland. I took with me the mighty Ghal Maraz for protection.

I laid down the challenge for Wrexhammer to try and pry this Warhammer The Old World trophy out of Alex Sodec's cold dead hands. They accepted and the clubs shall now be competing for the glory of a stupidly large plastic hammer annually. Format and so on to be determined by Alex...

Needless to say, the idea of losing both Ash AND Ghal Maraz is ... unthinkable.
