Registration Progress

On 26th June we resolved the administrative issues which had delayed our application to change the company legal structure. The registration application went in today and we anticipate that it will be agreed by Companies House next week. Then the work begins to change bank accounts, insurances, policies and other back office stuff. As well as running the election for new directors.
