Winter Gauntlet

We have added a couple more games to our first weekend event of the year.

1st February 2026 9am - 6pm Daniel Owen Centre, Mold

Hugh Alabaster is now running an introductory game of D&D: Animal Adventures.

"Animal Adventures is a beginner friendly step into the world of Tabletop Roleplaying Games, using the Dungeons and Dragons 5th Edition Ruleset with Feline and Canine characters to join in on the travels of any willing adventuring party! The session will be run as an introduction to TTRPGs, going over character creation, how your character works, how your turn works and an adventure around, into and underneath the coastal town of Gullet Cove." We also have a large game of Twilight Imperium being run by Gaz Pemberton.

"Twilight Imperium is a grand strategy board game of galactic conquest whereplayers lead unique alien factions to dominate the galaxy through military, political, and economic means. Known for its epic scale, deep player interaction, galaxy building, diverse factions with unique abilities, trade, technology research, and secret objectives to create a unique space opera experience." These games are in addition to the already announced Frostgrave, Bolt Action and The One Ring games.
