In this game you must work together to solve mysteries, avoid grisly death, and win the day, using the resources and contacts your investigator has available. Sometimes luck is on your side, but in the end, it's your choices that determine the fate of your investigator.

The games main theme is that humanity should know its limits and not search beyond them because too much knowledge will be our downfall.

I will be using the 5 th edition rules because I believe it is much simpler and role play friendly than later editions. No need to purchase books.

Number of Players: I am looking for 3, 4 or 5 players

The Game mechanics are quite simple on the whole and don't generally get in the way of role-playing.

I am happy to have old hands or beginners involved, the only caveat is that if you have played CoC before you keep quiet if you recognise the scenario(s) being run to avoid surprises for those who have not.

Setting is 1920’s New England, America during the prohibition era.
