A Grand Day Out (in Rhyl)

We’ve been asked out.

On 15th August, Geeks & Treats are organising a public event to show off games, cosplay and ‘geek culture’ in Rhyl. We’ve been asked to provide ‘visually interesting gaming displays’ and ‘public participation games’ at the event.

We are looking for perhaps 10 members who would like to help out.

We are suggesting taking about 4 game set-ups, board games and wargames. All of which will have public participation of some sort.

If you want to help, either by bringing and running a game yourself, or by helping generally man the stalls please let us know.

You need to be enthusiastic and prepared to reach out and talk to strangers all day.

We have previously run similar events in Wrexham. It’s usually a hard, but rewarding day.
